We have an independent party logistics house to help us with shipping and handling. We ship out of three ports around the world. Depending on where you are, we calculate which port will be the least expensive; as a result, our shipping costs are minimal and we use a reliable International Express Shipping Company that offers online package tracking. Customers should receive packages within 2 weeks time. If rush order is needed, please do email us and we will arrange for priority shipping.
You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Lace Atelier.
